During a very difficult time for my kids, the Pittsburg Florist efficiently took my order and ensured the arrival of the plant I sent their way. Not only did they call to let me know that the plant had been delivered, they also texted my son to ensure he knew it was on his porch when no one answered the door. I have had really bad experience with flower deliveries for important events. I thought I would try a local florist instead of the commercial 800-flowers or fromyouflowers. I live in Texas but the service was in CA. I got the same day delivery option and received an email right away confirming my order. It was delivered as promised and I got the notification when it was. I am very impressed with this company. They have restored my faith that excellent service still exist in the flower business. My only advice to this company is to expand to Houston, Texas please :). Thank you!
